Das bezieht sich aber meines Wissens nach nur auf postalische Transaktionen innerhalb der USA und nicht auf internationale Sendungen, z.B. USPS nach Deutschland.

Nope.

Cigarettes and smokeless tobacco are prohibited in both inbound and outbound international mail.

Exceptions APO/FPO/DPO addresses, under the “certain individuals” exception must be infrequent (no more than 10 shipments in any 30-day period) and weigh 10 ounces or less.

Called UPS today to find out more.
Here is what i found out so far.

- smokeless tobacoo from private to private = no chance
- smokeless tobacoo from commercial to private = yes, only if sender has license to send tobacoo products and ALSO a contract with UPS.
- cigarettes are completey prohibited, not that that really matters here, just thought i would add that.

So maybe there is a spot of sunshine still there. LOL
Although before i get my hopes up i am still waiting on a reply from Northerner that i can place an order without having any worries.
(request sent per email about a week ago, till now no reply)

NOTE: This is just the info i have recieved on this matter so far, if it is correct or incorrect i have no idea.
